Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Orders under $100: $12.95
- Orders $100-$200: $8.95
- Orders over $200: FREE
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Flat rate: $24.95
- Free for orders over $300
- Next Day Delivery
- Available for select urban areas
- Flat rate: $39.95
Order Processing
All orders are processed at our warehouse located at 6260 Blundell Rd, Richmond, BC V7C 5C4, Canada. Please note:
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your tracking number
- A link to track your package online
- SMS updates if provided during checkout

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations:
- Standard International (10-15 business days)
- Base rate: $29.95
- Additional fees based on weight and destination
- Express International (5-7 business days)
- Base rate: $49.95
- Additional fees based on weight and destination
Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware of the following shipping restrictions:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes
- Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
- Certain items may have special shipping requirements
- During holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date
- Provide your order number and any relevant photos of damaged items
- We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner
- Resolution will be provided within 3-5 business days
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address:

- Changes can only be made before the order ships
- Additional shipping charges may apply
Shipping Insurance
All orders include basic shipping insurance covering up to $100. Additional insurance options are available during checkout:
- Coverage up to $500: $5.95 extra
- Coverage up to $1000: $9.95 extra
