Returns Policy

Return Period

At Illinois Clogging, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging. The return period begins from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration are not eligible

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@IllinoisClogging.com to initiate your return
  2. Fill out the return form provided in your order confirmation email
  3. Package your items securely with all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship the items to our returns address: 6260 Blundell Rd, Richmond, BC V7C 5C4, Canada
  5. Keep your tracking number for reference

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Store credit: Immediate upon approval

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact customer service with your order number
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Once received, we'll ship your exchange item

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was defective
  • We shipped an incorrect item
  • The item was damaged during transit

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@IllinoisClogging.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a return shipping label and process your refund or exchange promptly.
